Brac Systems Inc. enters into a management consulting agreement with Phoenix Alliance Corp.

Brac Systems Inc. ("Brac Systems" or the "Company") is pleased to announce it has entered into a management consulting agreement with Phoenix Alliance Corp. ("Phoenix Alliance"). Phoenix Alliance Corp., a business consulting firm based in Surrey, British Columbia, has been retained to provide strategic planning and consulting services to support Brac Systems with its corporate and financial development. Phoenix Alliance will assist the Company in securing financing on a best-efforts basis, as well as assist the Company with its going public process in Canada.

Brac Systems Inc. is pleased to announce the establishment of a joint venture with a Canadian company, Giraphic Consulting Inc. and launches a new service, Mammoth Solutions (www.mammothsolutions.net).

Mammoth Solutions, a joint venture between Brac Systems Inc. and Giraphic Consulting Inc., formed with the simple idea to allow individuals and businesses to transfer large files and automatically backup digital data securely online with maximum ease, reliability and convenience. "Brac Systems is delighted to have joined Giraphic Consulting Inc., a leading internet solutions provider in this venture which will be of immense benefit to both companies". Said Dennis S. Mammoth Solutions provides the Upload Widget, an essential tool for personal or business use when the requirement for receiving large digital files, documents or whole projects is not possible with restrictive email attachments or traditional mail services. An important feature of the product is the ability to be able to quickly authorize or deny requests from people who wish to send files to the client. A simple but yet powerful service, the Mammoth Vault allows the backing up of precious files without user intervention. "After simply selecting a folder we wish to protect, the software monitors and controls the encryption and backup of the files. Files stored on the servers remain in an encrypted state. Once downloaded they can be decrypted using the decrypt tool and used as normal" explained Mr. Seth.

The information contained in the Mammoth Vault folder is further protected in the event of computer loss or theft. The Mammoth Solutions customer has the ability to remotely delete the Mammoth Vault folder upon the next connection to the internet thus erasing all sensitive files and document. With this achieved, the same files and document are ready to be restored by the customer which are safe and securely stored on the Mammoth Solutions servers.

In addition to the file transfer and backup services provided, a hardware device, the MAMMOTH-T, a bio metric thumb drive, is expected to be available for purchase through the Mammoth Solutions website no later than February 2011. With advanced technology the MAMMOTH-T's primary function is the security of the files and documents contained within. Designed to allow storage of any file type securely and encrypted with access restricted to the owner. When used in any computer with the owners bio metric thumb print, the files and documents can be viewed, modified and saved without ever leaving the device or leaving any trace on the host computer.

New innovative services and features are expected to follow in the near future, examples of which are the iPad application for the Upload Widget which is expected to be available from the Apple online store and the MAMMOTH-T bio metric thumb drive directly from the Mammoth Solutions website.
